Do you allow pets?
No, we do not allow pets.
Is there laundry on-site?
Yes! 2309 Knapp has an in-unit washer and dryer for each apartment. 425 Welch has a free community laundry room on each floor.
Are the apartments furnished?
No, the apartments are not furnished.
What are your office hours?
Our leasing office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Saturdays are by appointment only. We are closed on Sundays.
Are utilities included?
Utilities are the responsibility of each resident. Residents will need to set up electric and water through the City of Ames and gas through Alliant Energy.
Where can I park?
There is a permit only parking lot at each property. Permits are available at an additional monthly cost.
What are the leasing terms?
We do not offer short-term leases. All leases are standard 12-month terms.
Do you require renters insurance?
A damage waiver is available & included. Residents can opt out with personal renters' insurance.
When is rent due?
Rent is due on the first of each month. There is a grace period through third of the month. Beginning on the fourth late fees will be posted each day until the balance is paid. Late fees will not exceed $100 per month.
Is there an application fee?
Yes, the application fee is $45.
Is there a deposit and how much is it?
Yes, there is a $500 refundable security deposit.
